Last week I called Atlas Phoenix locksmith for a re-keying service in my new home in Paradise Valley. They came on time and did the work quickly as I requested. Today, I noticed that one lock was not re-keyed, so I called them to ask if they can come and finish the job. They took my name and number, and had the actual technician that was here call me, when he called, he asked how many keys I had, and I said two... He asked if I tried using both, or just one, and I said one... He asked me to try the other one, and sure enough it worked, the reason for that is, that he matched the gate lock to the garage door lock, which was different from the front door lock - just as I requested... needless to say I was embarrassed. So the reason I'm writing this review is to commend Atlas locksmith for their excellent customer service patience.
