It was 9am on a Sunday and I was locked out of my apartment. I called several locksmiths but could only leave messages. Finally went to Yellow Pages and saw Atlas locksmith. Called them, they answered IN PERSON, they were sorry they couldn't come for another 1 1/2 hours which was actually fine with me as I had an appointment and didn't need them to come for several hours. About 25 minutes before the appointment, they called and said they'd be there in about 15-20 minutes. Perfect. The guy who showed up was super nice, 30ish, struggled a bit with my lock (no wonder, I even struggle with it at times), but after maybe 15-20 minutes I was back in my apartment. They had to exchange the lock cylinder which was an extra $45. All in all, they were super helpful, nice and got me back in my apartment. Best of all, they were responsive when no-one else was. It is now about 8 hours s ince I started calling (called the first one 11 hours ago) and NO-ONE has called back - good thing I didn't wait for any of them.
